Words simply cannot express my sincere pride in seeing Kathy Jetnil-Kijiner, a sister from the Marshall Islands who addressed the UN Summit on Climate Change today. She spoke so beautifully on behalf of Oceania and moved the world leaders with her new poem written for her daughter Matafele Peinem, entitled “Dear Matafele Peinem.”
